About Agere

Agere is a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) providing pre-clinical formulation development through clinical-stage cGMP manufacturing services for drug products. We specialize in improving the oral bioavailability of BCS II – IV compounds through fundamental science, solubilization expertise, and proprietary solubilization technologies. Our formulation services leverage Agere’s Quadrant 2™ design platform, which encapsulates fundamental science, extensive expertise and best practices to achieve a faster path to bioavailability enhancement.

Fee-for-service. All services we offer are delivered on a fee-for-service basis. Agere assumes no ownership of the work products we deliver to our clients, thereby avoiding IP encumbrances.

History

Agere was founded in 2009 in Bend, Oregon, to deliver differentiated solubilization solutions to companies facing bioavailability challenges. We are a privately-held company with a global client base that ranges from virtual and small-size companies to mid-size and Top 20 pharmaceutical firms.
